Mapping out the demo arrangements on the screen today for an August tracking session with a fantastic singer-songwriter! 🎶
We’re weaving together acoustic guitar, rich vocal harmonies, and soaring violin arrangements to build something really special. Getting the song structures, markers, and tempo maps locked in early makes all the difference when it’s time to push record.

🤘A couple of great sessions in the studio recently with Jason Mendelson and Chris Bishop from Bishop Van Holtslag.

We recorded Aury on 🥁 for Jason’s project and Chris on 🎙️for Bishop Van Holtslag’s upcoming album.

One of my favorite parts of this job is that no two artists are ever the same. Every session has its own energy, its own challenges, and its own moments that remind me why I love making records.

Here are a few photos from both sessions. I’m looking forward to everyone hearing what Jason and Bishop Van Holtslag have been working on.
