Test kitchen morning:

Pasta bowl: Squash sautéed in garlic olive oil, steamed with Thai basil vinegar over sautéed leeks topped w scallions and cherry tomatoes

Garden Grilled Cheese: Sautéed squash, zucchini, bell pepper, and leeks between cheddar and garlic pepper cheddar on sourdough sandwich bread.

We will be hosting watercolor class with Latisha Akers this Sunday 8/9 6:15-8:15 pm. Please send private message if you would like to join this one and/or schedule for upcoming ones (every other Sunday evening). These classes are no cost to participants. Class size 8-10. We will have homemade pizza 5:15-6p.

Open tonight 4-8p for produce and flower cutting. Good prices. Dahlias, celosia, zinnias are thriving and ready. Tomatoes, tomatillos, banana, shish*to, poblano, bell, jalapeño peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, leeks all grown organically are abundant. Great family activity.
