Do you remember Johnny Cash, our sweet black cat who came to us paralyzed and then miraculously began walking again after being treated by the incredible Dr. Bador in Portland — with his compassion, dedication, and a little bit of magic?
Johnny Cash has gone on to live a truly beautiful life with his forever person, who welcomed him into her heart knowing all of his medical challenges. She lovingly calls him Sid (short for Obsidian), and she has done everything in her power to give him the care and love he deserves.
Sid’s mom is a young woman doing her absolute best, but she’s now facing a situation that she can’t manage on her own. Please take a moment to read his story and help if you’re able.
We can personally vouch that she is a genuinely kind and devoted human being who deeply loves her animals — and she would never ask for help unless it was truly a last resort.
