After 35 years of what I can only describe as the most amazing journey and adventure, I have decided to retire, and with that, my beloved school, Ballet Arts Centre of Wi******er, has closed its doors. In 1990, with a heart full of dreams and a passion for ballet, I took a leap of faith and opened the doors to BAC, and what began as a little dance school quickly grew into something far greater than I ever imagined. BAC became a home - a place where artistry flourished, friendships were formed, and countless young dancers discovered the joy of movement. It has been my passion, my purpose, and my dream, and I could not be more grateful for the extraordinary experiences and cherished memories it has given me. Looking back on these 35 years, my heart overflows with gratitude. The memories of inspiring classes and breathtaking performances will remain in my heart forever. But the best part of this journey has been watching each young dancer grow into a confident, expressive individual, carrying a piece of BAC with them wherever they go. To every dancer, family, teacher, and staff member who has been part of BAC - I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made this dream richer than I could have ever imagined!

I am happy to share that our beloved space will continue to be filled with dance, joy, and creativity with the opening of a new dance program, Ensemble Dance Collective, featuring familiar BAC faces and new inspiring artists! This program will carry forward the love of dance with fresh opportunities for students of all ages and I couldn’t be happier knowing that the spirit of BAC will live on in this new adventure!
