Infinite Abyss Productions Infinite Abyss Productions takes walks on the dark side of humanity, staging live shows with a focus

Infinite Abyss Productions is helmed by director Erynn Dalton and was founded in 2010 with the goal of bringing darkly provocative works to the stage. The company produces live shows regularly at the venue it operates called The Foundry in Wilton Manors (Fort Lauderdale) Florida. A long-time horror fan, it is Dalton's vision to bring the same type of pulse-pounding material to the stage that is most often seen on screen. She is heavily influenced by the Grand Guignol horror theatre in Paris, as well as horror artists Stephen King, George Romero, John Carpenter, Wes Craven, Quentin Tarantino and Tobe Hooper, to name a few. Infinite Abyss's productions include a combination of original plays (Exorcism, The Krampus: Initiation, 50 Shades of Poe, Ghosts of the Grand Guignol), as well as published works, like Bug (Tracy Letts), The Pillowman (Martin McDonough), Angel Eaters (Johnna Adams) and The Rocky Horror Show (Richard O'Brien). Infinite Abyss is committed to producing innovative, original works and welcomes submissions from playwrights with material that falls into the horror/thriller genre.

You didn't think we'd send you home after the funeral, did you?

Once Inferna Nocturne and her Midnight Coven have finished their evening's proceedings, the lights will go down, and we'll be screening a SECRET HORROR FILM FROM THE 1980s!

What film? We're not telling. Let's just say we've chosen something that fits rather nicely with Inferna's particular brand of old mountain magic. The title will remain a mystery until the movie begins.

AN OBITUARY FROM THE HOLLOW

It is with considerable sorrow that we announce the passing of Haggis, beloved witch, keeper of the old ways, and longtime member of the Midnight Coven.

Haggis was known for her considerable knowledge of mountain magic, her fondness for strong spirits, and her unwavering belief that most people would benefit from minding their own business.

She leaves behind many secrets, several unsettled debts, and one inconsolable apprentice, Inferna Nocturne.

Her final words are reported to have been: "If anybody lets Inferna sing at my funeral, I'll haunt every last one of you." Inferna has confirmed there will be music.

Funeral services will be held October 17th & 18th.

FUNERAL NOTICE
Word has made its way through the hollow that Haggis of the Midnight Coven has died.

Haggis was a witch of considerable age, questionable temperament, and uncommon knowledge of the old ways.
She was teacher, confidante and dear friend to Inferna Nocturne, who has asked that friends, neighbors, strangers and other interested persons gather to see her properly laid to rest.

Funeral services will be held October 17th & 18th. Mourning attire is encouraged, but not required. Those wishing to attend may come and pay their respects.

Inferna Nocturne is bringing others with her - Lenora Darkwater (Lena Marie), Morgana Blackthorn (Laura Finley), Aurelia Veil (Colleen Marie) - the Midnight Coven. Keepers of old stories. Singers of old songs. Participants in several events that are probably best left undocumented.

EVERY WITCH COMES FROM SOMEWHERE.

Inferna Nocturne comes from deep in the Ozark mountains where stories were passed from one generation to the next, old superstitions were taken seriously, and there were certain things one knew not to do:

Never whistle in the woods after dark.
Never point directly at a grave.
If something knocks three times in the night, let it keep knocking.
Never assume the dead have gone very far.

Inferna carries those old stories with her, and over the next few days, you’ll meet the coven that came down from the mountains with her and discover a little more about their world (apparently, quite a few of you are willing to follow them into it, since 43 of the only 90 tickets available have already been claimed)!

Something has come down from the mountains. Her name is Inferna Nocturne.

Deep in the Ozarks, where old stories linger, the woods have rules of their own, and the dead are never quite as far away as you might like to believe, Inferna learned the old ways. She’s a mountain witch. A storyteller. A songstress.

She carries strange tales, old superstitions, folk magic, glamour (with a little dirt mixed in there) and a habit of getting involved in things sensible people would probably... not. Also, Inferna never travels alone- her Midnight Coven comes with her.

This October, Inferna Nocturne and the Midnight Coven makes their Infinite Abyss debut in a brand-new live Halloween experience filled with spooky storytelling, music, witchcraft, dark humor and theatrical spectacle.

And when Inferna has finished with you, the lights go down for a screening of a secret horror film from the 1980s. We’re not telling you the title yet, but there will be clues in the next 2 weeks.
