🍝 Happy National Pasta Day! ️🍝

Today, we’re putting our taste buds in celebration of Sal’s and the savory Italian food that was a beloved part of the Kenosha County Fair for so many years!

The fair wouldn’t be the same without the familiar faces, delicious food, and wonderful people who help make our fair traditions so special. Sal’s has been part of those memories for countless fairgoers, and we are so grateful for the years of being part of our fair family.

During this time, our thoughts and prayers are with Keith’s family and loved ones. ❤️ We are keeping you all close in our hearts and sending love and comfort during this difficult time.

Share your favorite memory with Keith or your favorite food from Sal's. 🍝🙏

Our thoughts and prayers are with Keith's Family. Sal's was such a staple here at the Kenosha County Fair to get your italian fix during fair week and you knew you could always find Keith here during the weekly Wilmot Flea Market!

Elizabeth Jones is stepping down from her role as Kenosha County Fairest of the Fair 2026, for personal reasons. We are grateful for her time and dedication as she represented Kenosha County promoting the Kenosha County Fair and Wilmot Raceway along with the agriculture industry.
At this time the 2027 Kenosha County Fairest of the Fair, Emily Maxon, will participate in any remaining events scheduled until December 31st, 2026, before she takes over in her role as the 2027 Kenosha County Fairest of the Fair on January 14th, 2027.
