Fall has now officially started, and it is time to start falling back into fitness 💪🙂
Join me for Zumba, Zumba Toning, or a combo class at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3), or Aqua Tone at Fitness Zone (980 Roundhouse Circle). Remember that ALL fitness levels are welcome to try any of my classes 😀
Autumn class schedule:
Monday, Friday (Zumba Toning/Zumba combo), Saturday-10:00AM at Evolution Dance Complex
Wednesday (Zumba Toning)-9:30AM at EDC
Thursday (Aqua Tone)-8:00AM and 9:00AM at Fitness Zone (980 Roundhouse Circle)
Prices at EDC: $7 drop in fee; purchase 10 classes for $60, or 20 classes for $100 (Zumba Toning sticks: Rent 1lb for $2, or purchase $22; 2.5lb rent for $4, or purchase $25)
Prices at FZ: $15 drop in for nonmembers
In October, I will be taking an autumn vacation to Tennessee with my family 😁 I will be gone October 17-27, so ALL classes at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3) will be CANCELLED on those dates (except for October 17; we will still be having my Friday Zumba Toning/Zumba combo class at 10:00AMon that morning at EDC since I will not be leaving until later on in the evening on that same day).
