2026, the year of the horse, and forward movement. The last few years CFCAS, has been stagnant and at a stand still due to a lot of life thrown my way in 2021/2, but we won't get into all of that here. It's time to move forward.

Just wanted to let you know we are here and have a lot of fun and amazing classes starting next week! If you have ever wanted to try flying, now is your chance! 🥰

Updating the schedule for summer. What classes would you like to see added? What days?

We are still taking extra safety precautions and keeping class sizes very small and will run 8 weeks. No sharing equipment in fabric classes. Classes are for ages 16+. Please see our website for more info.

Live in person classes are resuming with restrictions.
• Acroyoga you must bring your own partner.
• Flexibility you must bring your own mat and blocks.

Zoom classes will continue. In person classes can also be streamed.
• Hoop fit - Zoom only

We are not currently teaching aerial class. Stay turned for update regarding resuming these classes
