South East Dance Academy offers professional, quality training for both the student who wishes to come for the fun of dance and the more serious student who wishes to make dance their career. We offer our students the opportunity to achieve coordination, poise, grace, self-confidence, and discipline of mind and body. This will be a great influence for them through their lives and will bring forth

rewarding and fulfilling experiences of pride and accomplishments. SEDA offers technically correct and fun training for students of all ages and abilities in a variety of types of dance. South East Dance Academy is equipped with four large dance studios, each with a professional elevated floor. We feature a comfortable lobby, a cafe area with snack and drink machines, and ample parking. All of this, along with our diverse curriculum, makes us a studio the whole family can enjoy. Multiple rooms often allow siblings to take appropriate classes at the same time. Great care and individual attention are given in nurturing the abilities of our students to their fullest potential. Emphasis is placed on proper technique and professionalism as well as developing an appreciation for the performing arts. SEDA offers guest teachers, workshops, field trips, and dance competitions for all students throughout the dance year. We are proud of our South East Dance Academy dancers, and we hope that by our performance, you will see an improvement in the physical and mental development, dance skills, confidence, motivation, and love of the arts in your child. To all of our incredible friends, families, local businesses, and community members—THANK YOU for supporting SEDA’s annual Mum Fundraiser and the South East Dance Academy Booster Club! 🩵💙💜🩷

Every mum purchased is so much more than a beautiful pop of color and fall cheer. Your support directly helps our performing team dancers travel across North Carolina to compete, perform, and showcase the hard work, dedication, creativity, passion, and artistry they have poured into their craft.

The SEDA Booster Club is a nonprofit organization created to help make these opportunities possible for our dancers. Because of your generosity, our students are able to step onto stages across our state, represent our community, and experience the incredible memories and growth that come from performing and competing.
And there’s something especially beautiful about this fundraiser—it brings our community together. Every mum hanging on a porch, outside a business, or around town is a little reminder of the color, joy, and beauty that dance brings to Wilmington, while also showing the dancers that their community believes in them and believes in our program. 🌸✨

To everyone who purchased a mum, shared our fundraiser, displayed one proudly, supported a dancer, or simply cheered our team on—we are incredibly grateful for you.
