Thank you to everyone who showed up, showed love, and helped make this an unforgettable weekend β€” from the screenings and workshops to the conversations, food, laughter, and community πŸ–€πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

We closed things out beautifully today with our Awards Ceremony at the Cameron Art Museum and our powerful final screening, Minnie Evans: Draw or Die. What a way to end.

This festival is nothing without the artists, audiences, volunteers, partners, and dreamers who believe in the power of Black storytelling. We see you. We celebrate you. We can't wait to do it all again.

Make sure to stay updated with us β€” sign up for our newsletter (link in bio and blackartsalliance.org) and follow us on social media for news on next year’s festival. Until next time πŸ’«
