The Cape Fear Race crew is organizing the next Coastal Carolina Off-Road Race Series, the largest and longest-running annual mountain bike race on the east coast of the Carolinas. With a history dating back nearly 15 years, we invite you to join us in making this year's event a success! Over the last several years, races have brought 175-250 visitors to New Hanover, Brunswick, Bladen and Onslow Counties. Our participants primarily come from Wilmington, Leland and Jacksonville, with additional racers from Fayetteville, Myrtle Beach and Raleigh. Beyond the attendees, our email and social media advertising reach 500 to 1000 people per post. CCORS has a reputation as a positive community event and a significant fundraiser benefiting local trails. Over the past two years, the Short Track and CCORS races has raised money annually through cash donations and race fees, supporting trail needs and expenses. Your support ensures CCORS remains a key bike series and local fundraiser in Eastern North Carolina for years to come. Podium trophy prizes will be awarded to all age groups and categories (Cat 1, 2, 3). For $300.00, sponsors will have their names displayed on race day materials and all social media platforms related to CCORS. The sponsors will also have their logos printed on signage shown at each podium ceremony. Sponsors may also provide neutral support (for bike shops) or special offers for racers' in addition to your financial commitment.
