Pita, forever in our hearts, acrylic on canvas 12” sq.

There are some faces you just know by heart.
The look they gave you. The way they followed you from room to room. The little expressions that were completely, unmistakably theirs.

That’s what I’m interested in capturing when I paint a pet, not just what they looked like, but something about who they were to you.

I can work from a photograph you already love, or we can create the images together in a portrait session and turn that moment into a painting.
