Howdy folks! Just popping in to show off the awesome setup this week at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - it was a blast and looked absolutely beautiful with the campus as a backdrop. We want to extend a HUGE thank you to our friends at OnPoint Rigging and Staging for providing the decking & handrail for this wonderful event; they are the best in the business for decking and rigging needs! Howdy folks - it's been a little while, but we're hopping back on to your timeline to highlight a fundraiser our good friends over at Communities In Schools of Cape Fear are hosting! Check out this fun, local business crawl in the cargo district in Wilmington.

Join us for the CIS Board of Young Professionals (BYP) 3 Hop-Stop fundraiser today, April 14th 4-6PM.

For every $5 donated you have a chance to win 1 of 2 $25 gift cards to Drinx, ILM, a shirt from The CheeseSmith with their new design, and/or a $100 gift card to Mess Hall! While on the Bunny Hop, Drinx, ILM is offering a 15% discount and The CheeseSmith will give every participant free french fries! Bunny attire is encouraged, but optional!

On IntrinsicCunning.com you will find our original products made of sustainable, eco-friendly materials. From our polymers to recycled wood we have given the utmost attention to detail to our methods of production and manufacturing, striving to maintain the smallest carbon footprint possible. Many of our materials are recycled, recyclable, low VOC (volatile organic compounds), and free of micro-fiber plastics.

Our pins are made from Kraft wood, a material made by compressing left over wood pulp from paper milling, refined scraps, and various plants like bamboo. Using this material allows us to avoid old-growth deforestation.

Any fabric used in our clothing and accessories is microfiber free! Polyester, Nylon, Elastic, Acrylic, and Lycra are all synthetic fabrics used in our everyday clothing. They all release thousands of microfibers every wash that eventually filter into our rivers, oceans, and drinking water.

Hey y'all - we just officially crossed the 500 like threshold last night! Thank you all so much for helping Nized Up reach this amazing milestone - it's gonna be an exciting year, and even more exciting to have all of you along for the ride with us.

Well hi folks! It's been a little while, but there's been some exciting things happening on the Nized Up front. Namely, the annual Communities In Schools of Cape Fear Wrightsville Plunge (Live and Virtual)! This event was a huge success thanks to all of you who came out to plunge, and I just wanted to give you all a shout-out and say thank you for helping this wonderful charity raise over $50,000!

Check out these solid photos of our wonderful MC Anthony on the Nized Up platform, providing a PA system and microphone for announcements and the music throughout the plunge.

Hey y'all! That was an amazing Walk-a-thon fundraiser last night - it was an honor helping our wonderful local branch of Communities In Schools with the backdrop for the annual Monster March! Big thanks to everyone who came out to help raise money for this amazing cause, and a special thank you to Image Monster of Wilmington, NC, for donating such a beautiful backdrop for us!

It was an absolutely beautiful time and everyone directly involved in this production were just phenomenal. We can't wait to do it all again here soon! Howdy folks! Things sure are heating up as we approach the end of this year; and it’s been real real busy over here on our end as the season nears its end. Here’s some updates - if you haven’t already, head on over to the Recess Music Fest page and give it a like, and if you can make it, buy a ticket for the show; coming up this weekend on Friday & Saturday! It’s gonna be a wonderful time, so don’t sleep on it - with tons of local legendary talent, it’ll be one for the books.

Moving forward, we’re announcing our next production in the form of the 3rd annual Burning Ham! This is a production near and dear to my heart, as it started when I was away at my first Burning Man and has snowballed into a beautiful local & regional burn event for all. Big thanks to Dan Gallagher over at the Flow Art Music Farm for hosting our burn event! Wow, y'all - what a weekend. It was my pleasure being able to build the main stage for The WhatFamJam - I am so glad I was able to be a part of this wonderful event, even from afar. Let me give a huge shoutout to Dan Gallagher & Gene McCroy for making this entire event happen, as well as including Nized Up Productions in their inaugural event. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with y'all and I can't thank you enough for everything you're doing. I am sending love to everyone who was able to make it to the event, the entire The BIG What? family, and those who weren't able to make it this time - but no worries, we will see ya next time ;)

Furthermore, I want to give a shoutout to the endlessly talented Kevin Elmore for these amazing action shots of Josh Boyd & Kyle Cura of Medicated Sunfish, and to all the artists that contributed to this fantastic gathering of What family! We're at it again, folks! We are very excited to share with you the initial artists that will be providing the soundscapes and vibes of Recess Music Fest! We would like to welcome Dubtown Cosmonauts, SLICK MAHONEYS, Mosey, AVION Music, Psynatra, and many more to our lineup!!

Tickets are on sale now on this event page, but don't wait! First tier tickets are only $80! There will be additional vendors, musicians, and amenities added onto this festival, but for now just hang tight and show these wonderful artists some love.
