📣 The James Memorial Art Center is Seeking Board Members! 📣

As our organization continues to grow, we have three openings on our Board of Directors following the relocation of several valued board members.

First, we'd like to extend our sincere thanks to Josey N, Sarah H, and Breanna M for their service, dedication, and support of the James. We are grateful for the time, talent, and passion they shared with our organization and community. While we're sad to see them go, we wish each of them the very best in their new adventures and chapters ahead. ❤️

Now we're looking for a few community-minded individuals to help guide the future of the James Memorial Art Center!

As a board member, you'll help support our mission to Preserve History. Promote Art. Enhance Community. Whether your strengths are in arts, education, business, fundraising, marketing, community engagement, or simply a love for what the James brings to our region, we'd love to hear from you.

✨ Help shape programs and events
✨ Support arts and culture in our community
✨ Be an advocate for the James and its mission
✨ Make a lasting impact in Williston

🎨🚨 ARTISTS, MAKERS, CREATIVE CHAOS GREMLINS 🚨🎨

We’re looking for donated artwork for the Art Fest LIVE AUCTION at the James! And we mean ALL kinds of art:
🪴 Yard art
🖼️ Wall art
🏺 Pottery
🧵 Fabric art
🔨 Metal art
🎨 Paintings
🪚 Woodworking
✨ Weird little creations you made at 1 AM and somehow turned out amazing

Art Fest celebrates creativity in ALL its forms, and the live auction is always one of the most entertaining parts of the day.

Because honestly? A live auction at Art Fest is basically Williston’s version of reality TV. One minute someone’s politely sipping lemonade… the next they’re aggressively bidding on a welded prairie chicken like their life depends on it 😳🤭

Proceeds support the James Memorial Art Center and our mission to:

Interested in donating a piece? Send us a message or email [email protected]! Let’s make this year’s auction wildly fun and wonderfully full of art 🎪🎨🫶
