6 years ago I began this venture. 5 years ago I was preparing for our first gun show. My initial Budget was $500 of my own savings. Our first gun show we had 1 table and 6 fi****ms. By the end of 2025, we had 14 guns shows under our belt, filling 3-4 tables per show with up to 40 fi****ms and a range of specialty items. Not the least of which is MAC3 CLP, which somehow we were blessed with crossing paths with the developers of that excellent and unique product and forged a great relationship. Our inventory has reached peaks of upwards of $40,000 at times with no outside investment or debt.
2 weeks ago we did our first out of town gun show in Camden SC, and it was also the first show where we did not turn a profit. But Im not quick to call it a failure as we have done 14 consecutive profitable shows and this was our first venture outside of an easy radius.
Alot has changed since I began putting this together. I have focused more on user based products designed for utility and not so much "off the shelf" items. I have scaled back the time spent on social media and web based outreach. (I can no longer justify the time/benefit ratio) My family has grown and changed and also my role at my full time job which I have had to make many adaptations and adjustments as time went on.
Now, I see things as being in a good stable place. We have made it through much of the startup chaos and uncertainty and our normal sustaining operations have leveled out. I am excited to see where we can go next. We did this 100% on our own, no debt, no investors, no favors, no big breaks. Just hard work and sacrifice. We owe no one, we cannot be canceled or coerced and that is very satisfying. I may not be as active on the media platforms as I once was, but Im not going anywhere and you will be seeing us as we continue hopefully for a long time to come.
