🎡✨ Vendor Applications Are NOW OPEN for the 2026 UMV Fair! ✨🎡
We’re gearing up for an incredible 2026 UMV Fair, happening June 24th–28th, and we’re looking for outstanding vendors to join us!

We are currently accepting applications for:
🍔 Food Vendors

🌞 Outside Vendors

🏬Indoor Vendors (June 25th–27th)

Whether you offer handmade goods, retail products, specialty items, unique services, or delicious fair food, we want to see what you bring to the table!

All applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a strong variety of vendors and to avoid duplicate products. Our goal is to create an exciting, well-rounded experience for both vendors and fairgoers, and that starts with you.

Spots are limited and fill quickly, secure yours today!

We have some board positions open! If you think you’d like to join our lively crew! Please message us!

We are a working board meaning…we work all of our own events, we set up our grounds prior to fair week and we tear it down.

We meet once a month Jan-April
May-2x
June every week leading up to fair.
Aug-Dec once a month.

Friendly reminder! There is no fireworks show on the fairgrounds or anywhere else.

Also the fairgrounds is private property, therefore you cannot let your own fireworks off at our grounds.

The Upper Missouri Valley Fair

The Upper Missouri Valley Fair Association is a 501(c) 3 non profit organization has been around for over 100 years in the community of Williston, ND. Serving Williams County as the official county fair.

It all started at the turn of the 20th century on a parcel of property located southeast of the City of Williston where it remained until 1960 when it was moved to its current location. The purpose of the Upper Missouri Valley Fair Association is to hold an annual fair near or in the City of Williston and exhibiting agricultural, livestock, horticultural, mining, mechanical, industrial, and other products and resources of the state of North Dakota. Every year, the Upper Missouri Valley Fair brings friends and families together over fun rides, great entertainment, delicious food, exhibits and more!
