The Buffalo Niagara Nikola Tesla Council is honored to be invited to present our latest visually rich projection Lecture at the Niagara Aerospace Museum on April 24 at 1:00pm. The lecture delves into one of the most fascinating intellectual clashes of the 20th Century: the conflict between Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein over the nature of nature itself. We will show how Einstein’s theories of relativity revolutionized our understanding of space, time, matter, energy, and reality. In contrast, Nikola Tesla rejected relativity, clinging to a deterministic, aether-based worldview even while pioneering alternating current power systems, radio technology, and high-frequency electrical innovations that electrified our modern civilization. By separating Tesla’s genuine scientific and engineering brilliance from his philosophical and physical misconceptions, we will offer a balanced reassessment of both men. The result is a compelling exploration of genius, rivalry, and the dramatic transformation of our infrastructure by Tesla and the reshaping of civilization’s worldview by Einstein.

The Buffalo Niagara Nikola Tesla Council, Inc ( Francis S Lestingi, PhD, Martin McGee, Paul Swisher, and Stephen J Lestingi) were honored on January 10 at the Hotel New Yorker by the 14th Annual International Tesla Science Foundation Conference for the creation of the “Nikola Tesla Legacy Corridor of WNY.” We were presented with their Award Framed Medal of Nikola Tesla. Francis S Lestingi, PhD was invited to present a 30 minute Lecture on the “Rationale For And The Making of The Tesla Legacy Corridor in Western New York.”
Our accomplishment in Western New York represents the most unique tribute to Tesla on the entire planet.
It was right here in Western New York that Nikola Tesla changed the world by delivering Alternating Electricity from Niagara Falls through North Tonawanda to Buffalo, NY. Our Triptych Tribute of Appreciation and Acknowledgement can never appear anywhere else in the world but here in Western New York. Learn and Be Proud.

It has been 129 years since the world was changed by a monumental event that occurred right here "in our own back yard." Through the brilliance of Nikola Tesla and the manufacturing of George Westinghouse, the world's first long-distance transmission of Alternating Current flowed from Niagara Falls to North Tonawanda to Buffalo, NY. The Buffalo Niagara Nikola Tesla Council has endeavored to educate the public by creating the Tesla Legacy Corridor as a Triptych Tribute of Acknowledgement and Appreciation to Nikola Tesla and through dynamic Lectures.
Recently, the Mayor of the City of North Tonawanda, Austin Tylec, offered to name the road leading to our Tesla Coil art sculpture "Nikola Tesla Way." Here are a few photos.

ATTENTION TEACHERS, EVENT ORGANIZERS, HISTORY BUFFS, ETC: Nikola Tesla was integral in the illumination of our planet by means of alternating current electricity. His crowning achievement occurred right here in Western New York in 1896 when electricity generated at Niagara Falls passed through North Tonawanda on to Buffalo, making Buffalo, NY the world’s first electric city.

Some of this information is accurate, some of it is hyperbolic, and some of it is outright false. One indisputable truth is that what Nikola Tesla did to change the world was done right here in Western New York.
