We are less than 2 weeks away from the banquet! So excited to get full circle on this and get everyone their awards and have a good time! Reminder as stated I will provide the food and some water/few pops if you have something specific you want to drink 🍻you will need to provide that for yourself. I will have a fun time photo booth and nothing fancy like a dj but will have music playing. I have the facility rented from 5-8 I plan to let ppl eat starting right away at 5 and start award hand outs at around 6:30. If you are getting an award and are choosing not to come you need to seek out getting that from me. Also I’d like a decent head count so I can plan properly I have responses from some but if you are coming please let me know!

Does Saturday dec 7th evening conflict w anyone’s show or personal schedule for the awards banquet? Much further out than what I would want but struggling to find an accommodating date for shows/venue rental. Please let me know in comments thank you

Everything should be finished up and planning a get together/banquet mid November once decided I’ll make an event page and send in invite to all members so be on the look out.

Just an update as I’m sure everyone might be wondering when I’ll have awards ready for the 2018-2019 season, I have been working on my list of things to order and get the best I can for everyone! Hoped to set a date of when I’ll have everything last week but didn’t work out end of this week is looking better and will hope to have a date out by then. Thank you to all the members who made it a great one I’ve truly enjoyed putting it on start to finish!
