Super excited that some of our friends, Bond & Bentley, are opening up for the Little River Band at Pier Six Pavilion tonight (7/30) in Baltimore!

Working on another b.en song for his new EP “good songs for bad times.” and figured I’d share a little trick that I learned from the amazing vulfpeck mixing masterclass!

Being intentional with your mixing is such an important thing to put weight to 🎛️

“feel good kind of love.” will be out on July 15th with this tune coming close behind!

Hello!! My name is Ben Heemstra and I’m the owner/founder of Kensington Studios in Williamsport, PA! I’m new to the area and I’m super excited to tell you all about my business and what we offer 🤘🏼

Welcome to the tracking room!

Plenty of space for a three or possibly four piece project to come in and create something special 💫

We’re available for any overdubs as well as any keyboard/organ/synthesizer tracks you’d need recorded! You could even come in and play any of our over 15 keyboards and synths 🎹

Need some vocals recorded for your project? We got you! Want to run your acoustic guitar through some tube preamps and compressors? Let’s do it! 🎛️ Need someone to help produce your music and bounce ideas off of? I’m your man!

We have a locker of 4 Black Magic 4K & 6K Cinema Cameras with excellent Sigma/Meike/Tokina lenses so we offer Kensington Studio Sessions as well! Don’t know what a Kensington Studio Session is? Go follow their page and see what’s up!

We also have a separate song writing room that’s meant to be completely analog without any screens or DAWs! Our PreSonus AR8 mixer is patched in to all our instruments in the room with just an easy SD card input to record your song ideas and demos in stereo. We have our green sparkle top Rhodes, synth, mic, bass and acoustic all set up and ready to record!

Next step? Bring it into our tracking room and let’s start laying down the real deal!
