This special event is about more than the distance, it’s about honoring 250 years, celebrating health and well-being, and making a difference in our community.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free physical activity program designed to help adult cancer survivors regain strength, increase energy, and connect with a supportive community.

Our 12-week cancer survivorship program includes:

• Two 75 to 90-minute sessions each week
• Cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises
• Fitness and quality-of-life assessments before and after participation
• A free YMCA membership for the duration of the program
• Guidance and support from YMCA-certified instructors every step of the way

Program Dates: September 8 – December 2
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 1– 2:30p.m.

Program is offered at no cost to adults ages 18 and older. A physician referral and medical clearance are required.
