We are so proud of miss Wednesday!! Once we got past the fireworks and got on she was great. 😊 now to continue working thru it and hopefully get rid of the help and extra person holding her still!

We have a few spots available for lessons either riding one of mine or hauling in your own!

We focus on horsemanship and proper technique! Feeling the horse and reacting accordingly!

We train beginners
intermediates
Barrel racing and poles
Cowhorse foundations
Retrain problem horses
Work with abused horses and their owners

We don’t have a “age” limit but I prefer at least 4yrs old for kids lessons starting out! Unless they have prior experience!

Nostalgia Wednesday 🥹
Circa 2018 so a 15 year old fearless Hayden with 9 year old storm. I love watching all our old videos and seeing a time when we were confident and felt like we could do anything.
We are working towards being confident again 💪🏻 a little at a time. The bestest boy barrels have always come so naturally for him.

This was our first open race that we won the whole thing 🥰🦄 a reminder that I can ride him.

Has anyone ever had severe run anxiety with one horse. Any other horse I can run no problem no anxiety. But with storm something is different. He feels fabulous better than he has in YEARS he’s happy walks in calm warms up on a loose rein, he’d walk to the laser if I really made him.

But when we ask for speed to make our run i feel frozen arms go numb. I’ve fallen off a few times from it thus compounding my anxiety. I’m either gagging off the side of him by the time it’s my drag or I’m doing everything to get blood flow back to my arms.

It starts at pre entry I get nervous the second I enter. I start coming up with scenarios in my head. I don’t sleep the night before I have to force a meal down usually. I’ve been entering and scratching because I’m scared and don’t want to look dumb 😞

I’ve tried cbd, shots, beer, manifesting and visualization of my run. I do breathing and talk to him. I only get on 2-3 drags before my drag.
It makes me want to sell or move my horses into hands that actually enjoy running.

Sincerely a very discouraged momma who knows she can ride but knows setbacks happen to us all 🩷🦄
