Come & make art with us! Have you heard we have an additional SATURDAY workshop offering this month with a new parter, Church of the Ascension in Oakland! This workshop on 10/17 is from 10:30am-12pm. As always, is FREE to participants and everyone is welcome (14+). No art experience needed- caregivers and support staff always included! This is an opportunity to gather with a great group of folks and enjoy the process of art making with Creative Citizen Studios (CCS). Please register at the link in bio so we can be sure to have enough materials. We can’t wait to see you there!

Citizen Made started a few years ago as a small collective of weavers coming together to learn the craft. It’s grown into something so much bigger. We love this community built on friendship, collaboration, and gorgeous art.

This past weekend, we were proud to sell at Handmade Arcade’s Emerging Craft Market! 🧶
Look at Daijah feeling proud after selling pieces that she has had so much fun making. Go Dai!

The good news doesn’t stop there… we’ve got new products available at markets and our full collection of weavings is up in our online shop right now. Rates are sliding scale, so there’s a way in for everyone // Every purchase directly supports our CCS artists.

Go take a look!! Citizenstudios.org/shop

We have so many friends to thank for making this program run over the years!
