And so here it is....
We are so excited to be jumping on board with Mandy Bruno Bogue, Jill and Jeremy Kemmerer and many others in establishing the artistic collective know as "The Standard."
Although remaining as Ovation's Artistic Director I am excited to be taking on the title of Founding Production Director at The Standard Theatre Company.
We will be opening with productions in our our Space in Scranton this summer and will open an amazing new facility in Pittston this fall (with even more possibilities in the future).
Enrollment is now live for our summer Camp sessions as well as seeking performer submissions for our inaugural "Red Carpet Review"
Theatre is an amazing art form as it is meant to be created, developed, nurtured, and enjoyed with others. No one creates theatre alone and what better way to do that than to develop a company that is rooted in the principles of collaboration and embracing every production by asking "What can we do to elevate EVERYONE in the room?"
We cant wait to get started!

Introducing The Standard Theatre Company.
We are so excited to officially welcome you to a new performing arts company rooted in a commitment to thoughtful, high-quality theatre in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The Standard was built from a belief that artists deserve a space where they are challenged, supported, and inspired - through strong training, meaningful process, and dynamic productions for both youth and adults.
Our work begins this Spring in Scranton, where we'll launch our inaugural season of camps, classes, and productions, all designed to build skilled, confident, and collaborative artists of ALL ages!
And this is just the beginning.
We are also thrilled to share that The Standard will expand into a second, large capacity performance venue in Pittston this fall, creating even more opportunities for artists and audiences across our region.
Whether you're stepping into your first class, fine tuning your skills, or returning to the stage as an adult performer, this is a place where the work matters, and where you will be pushed to grow.
