In 1942, the War Production Board ordered the closing of all non-essential mine determini

ng the fate of Vulture City and the town was abandoned shortly thereafter. Recent restoration and preservation efforts have halted the decay of the remaining buildings and artifacts. Visitors can now explore over 19 curated buildings and structures of this historic town. The romance of the stone buildings and lush desert offer the perfect backdrop for timeless weddings! A couple of projects that we just completed that will be ready to go when we open back up in the fall! A shade structure covering our spectator seating in our old west performer arena will help keep guests out of the Sun and cool!

Our old west Saloon/jail building that will be used during old west performances and open to the public to go inside and take pictures while visiting the park!
