The Pipers & Drummers of River City are always proud and privileged to participate in the Memorial Day ceremony at Resthaven Cemetery in Wichita. Today's observances were the 67th annual service at Resthaven, and the 11th year playing for River City Pipes & Drums.

280 years ago, the last pitched battle fought in Scotland lasted less than an hour. The Jacobite cause suffered total defeat, with casualties of as many as 2000 dead and wounded. This brief moment set the course for Scottish and British history, and so world history, thereafter. The Battle of Culloden, 16 April 1746.
