Join us for an Artist Talk with Brenda Lichman & Ted Adler on Wednesday, October 21st from 6:00–7:00 PM at RSG!

Brenda Lichman, Associate Director of Education at the Ulrich Museum of Art, and Ted Adler, Professor of Ceramic Media at Wichita State University, will discuss the techniques, materials, concepts, and themes featured in the 2026 Wichita National Ceramics Exhibition.

This event is free and open to the public and is held in conjunction with Empty Bowls Wichita. A portion of exhibition sales will be donated to Empty Bowls Wichita to help fight food insecurity in our community.

These beautiful donation bowls were created by artists participating in the Wichita Ceramics National Exhibition, along with our 2026 Empty Bowls Wichita Potter of the Year, Emily Chamberlain.

Proceeds from these bowls go directly to Empty Bowls Wichita to help fight food insecurity in our community.

Don’t miss the 2026 Empty Bowls Wichita Chili Cook-off on Saturday, October 17, from 11AM – 1PM at WSU’s Woolsey Hall! Pick a handcrafted bowl, sample dozens of local chilis and soups, and help fight student hunger in Wichita.
