Please welcome Mrs. Emily!

“I am excited to join the team at Empire Performing Arts Center and share my love of dance with the next generation of dancers. I began dancing in Goodland, Kansas, where I trained for 14 years in ballet tap jazz and lyrical and developed a lifelong passion for the art.

After high school, I attended Colby Community College where I cheered and danced and later Newman University in Wichita, where I continued my involvement in the performing arts as a cheerleader. While my career eventually led me into a full-time profession outside of dance, my passion for performing and teaching never faded.

This year, I had the opportunity to perform my first season with the Lady Wizards, which reignited my love for being in the studio and sharing the joy of dance with others. I am thrilled to return to the dance community through teaching and am grateful to be a part of the Empire Performing Arts Center family. I look forward to helping students grow in their skills, confidence, and love of dance.”
