For items such as cups, bottles and clothing - half money is due to start an order, the other half upon delivery. All orders are quoted with 2- 3 week expectations. If it gets done sooner, I will let you know. As all Items are hand made, errors happen. I judge my work very critically but nothing is "perfect". Some times the epoxy bubbles, moves t
he vinyl or doesn't set up properly leading to additional time to work on it. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with something you have purchased, and it was something within my control (for example- I used glitter Instead of mica, or the shirt is the wrong size) I will make it right. If it beyond my control,
(air bubbles, lines in the mica) there is nothing I can do.
