Great news. The RED FLAG ALERT on the Jade Breezeway Tile Scammer on Offer Up just got Deactivated.
Andrew Williams messaged me and told me those tiles belonged to him and the scammer stole the pictures from his site. He said he had reported this to Offer Up.
I checked offer up and saw that the scammer still had the tiles for sale. I decided to report my dealing with Teresa the Scammer to Offer Up and mentioned Andrew Williams’s report and the information I obtained by my P. I. Friend to Offer Up regarding Teresa. I figured two reports on the scammer were better than one. Within a half hour after my detailed report, Teresa the Scammer’s account has been deactivated. YAYyyy Offer Up. Thank You Andrew Williams of Stroud Specifics and P. I. Lyle Sharman for helping and protecting our Ohana against Scammers.

Red Flag Alert on Jade Breezeway Tiles. If you have seen the pictured Jade Tiles on OFFER Up. be aware. I first contacted Tracie July 30th.
We agreed on a price and she said she would have her Dad deliver them to Whittier as he lived in Whittier.
On Friday , September 5th Tracie texted me and said her Dad would deliver them to me on Monday if I Zelle the $$$. ( Memorial Day ). I agreed to pay on delivery.
I received a call from Tracie today ( Sunday ). She said I needed to send a $700.00 deposit to her business partner before the tiles were delivered.
I had Tracie send me Pictures of her and her father’s I.D. They were fake I.D ‘s. The cell phone that Tracie was using was a pay as you go buy phone. Other inconsistent information was that her and her father were current residents of New Mexico.
I am a retired police detective and worked as a former P. I. With the information I had from Tracie, I had a P. I. friend from Arizona verify the information given to me. He concluded with me there were too many red flags and I should not proceed any further.
If you are concerned about any scams about any type of purchases, message me for my friend’s P. I. Information. He just saved me $700.00.

Took me a while but I finished the Float-ing floor lamp. I purchased the floor lamp already assembled. I took most of it apart and rewired it.
