People like these are largely responsible for keeping The Inspirations going for 62 years. Meet The Wilsons. They own a trucking company and have become dear friends of our group. When we were recently in their area, they asked us to drop by. They filled our bus up with diesel, gave us some of their merchandise to wear, and some other goodies… and were they ever good! 😋 Moreover, they shared their hearts and prayers with us. It was such an encouragement to us. Tonight, we say thanks to them and everyone else who has poured into The Inspirations in various ways. Bless you all. We love you, dearly. ❤️

Special. Energetic. Nostalgic — Words that come to mind when we think on last night’s opportunity to bring our unique style of Gospel music to The Grand Ole Opry stage! It was ELECTRIC in that place!

So thankful to The Grand Ole Opry’s team and The Oak Ridge Boys for making this happen and making us feel right at home! An ultimate honor.

We followed this with “Just A Little Talk With Jesus!” 🙌🏻🎶

This is a special opportunity to promote the song that we just recorded with them, which you’ll be hearing very soon! A message from Roland:

He Always Makes A Way!!! I wasn’t able to be on the road this week and I sure missed it. Thank you to the Lord for what he’s already done and is doing. Thank you to my wife who is always there to help me and stand by my side. Thank you to the gentlemen I sing with for stepping up to the plate and doing what we do every night without fail: present the gospel and lift up Jesus. Thank you to Silas Fuller who laid aside his plans and was ready to go and fill in for me as soon as I called him, and did he ever do a good job!!! He is loaded with talent and can sing as well as play the piano and knows our material. Thank you to Archie and Cindy Watkins who understood and have been so supportive. Thank you to all of you who have reached out to me or my wife and shown concern and let me know you love me and are praying for me. Thank you to the friends and fans of The Inspirations who support us every night regardless of who’s on stage. It’s never been about the singer but always about the Savior and the song. And thank you to the promoters who understood and allowed me to stay home and do what I needed to do. God has been good and we are thanking him everyday for his goodness and his mercy.

Here’s a video of The guys this weekend singing He Made A Way. We’ve always felt this is our theme song and it still is. He’s always made a way for The Inspirations and He always will. I hope and plan to be back on the road soon and singing (In Martin Cooks words) bigger and louder than I ever have!
