This is a HUGE day for us❗️Of all of the albums that this lineup of The Inspirations has released, this one might have the most rave reviews of them all… seriously! Honestly, we didn’t see that coming and we probably felt more confident in the last album than this one. It’s strange how you can never tell how a song or an album will affect people until it’s released. Already we can positively say that THIS ALBUM has blew our expectations out of the water! We knew it was going to be good, but to see so many different songs being labeled as “favorite” is an extraordinary sign! We’re thankful that God gave us clarity on which songs to choose.

There’s a little of everything on this, maybe more so than any of our other albums. It starts with speed - A call and response song entitled “Oh How I Love The Lord.” Different for us, yet unmistakably Inspirations!
It hits the reminiscent feeling with “Home Sweet Home”; a song written by Roland’s mother. One of the most beautiful songs our group has ever recorded.
“Eye Of The Storm” is the first song we’ve recorded where the verses are shared by the bass and tenor! It was recorded by the group in the 90’s. We decided to give it an “almost” identical cut, but make it ours at the same time. To have the first led by the bass and the last verse led by the tenor gives it the perfect build of energy!
“Lord Walk With Me” is one of the most requested songs we’ve ever had when it comes to recording an album. We’ve staged it for years and finally felt it was time to put it on an album. It too, is one of the most beautiful songs we’ve ever recorded.
There is a tribute to the late JB Spencer of The Spencer Family, who recently passed. “Then We’ll Be Glad” was written by JB, and it features our pianist/baritone extraordinaire, Luke Vaught! It’s a fireball and has a big classic Inspirations ending!
Wrapping up the album is a bonus LIVE cut! The Inspirations with The Oak Ridge Boys at The Grand Ole Opry! The studio version is also on the album, but this live version is jam packed!
The album is now available for download on all digital streaming platforms! Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, or whatever your preference is! Listen and let us know what you think!
