1. Can I bring my own vendors?

Absolutely. At The Hideaway At Crooked Creek, your celebration is yours to design. Feel free to bring your own vendor although we are happy to share trusted references too, if you need a starting point.

2. Is there time set aside for rehearsal?

Yes, and we think about this more carefully than most. A dedicated rehearsal time can be assigned as early as 60 days before your event, so when the big day arrives, everyone knows exactly where to be, how to walk in, and when to exhale. No last-minute chaos. Just confidence.

3. Can we schedule engagement photos at the property?

Oh, we love this one. Yes! A two-hour slot (or more if needed) can be booked for your engagement shoot right here on the grounds. A small site preparation fee applies so the property looks its absolute best for every frame.

4. How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Up to 250 guests with five distinct spaces across 90 private acres. Whether you're keeping it intimate or going all out, there's room for everyone and then some.

5. Will this feel like my event or just another booking?

No two celebrations at The Hideaway At Crooked Creek are the same because every celebration that happens here gets our whole heart. We show up for yours the same way you do — fully, and with intention.
