Whitman Cultural Council

The Whitman Cultural Council helps foster and promote the cultural enjoyment and enrichment of our citizens through local arts and culture events and programs.

Founded in 1998, The Whitman Cultural Council has funded more than 450 programs in our community with more than $230,000 grant awards. The Whitman Cultural Council consists of 7 volunteer community members, appointed by the Board of Selectmen, who come together to support the arts, lift human spirit and make Whitman a better place to live, work and prosper. Join us tonight for our last summer concert of the season! The Corvairs, tonight at 6 at the gazebo!

Tomorrow night Thursday August 20th, The Corvairs will be performing for the Whitman Summer Concert Series at the Whitman Town Park. Show begins at 6:00 PM. In case of rain, the show will be moved to the Whitman Town Hall Auditorium.
Hope to see you there, C'mon down, as this is our last show for 2026.

We are keeping a close eye on the weather for Thursday’s concert featuring Knock on Wood, so keep an eye on this page the day of for updates! In case of inclement weather, we will move the concert to the town hall auditorium.

Weather looks great for our concert tonight!! Tonight we have Matt York singing the songs of The Highwaymen. Always a great time when Matt York is in town!!

Tonight for food trucks we be all desserts with StreetPops South Shore and Willy’s Waffles.
