These three got the party started!!!
They came ready for the intricate designs, and once people saw the snow leopard, the anime-inspired look, and the Ultimate Warrior face paint, the energy took off.

That’s one of the many things I love about face painting. It doesn’t just add something fun to the event, it helps create the excitement. One bold design gets everyone watching, smiling, and ready to jump in.

This right here… this is why I do what I do. ❤️🎨

Every face is a chance to make someone feel a little more magical, a little more fierce, a little more like the hero, animal, or rockstar they imagined themselves to be.

Today was filled with smiles, laughter, and the words every face painter loves to hear:
“Can I keep it forever?”
The claw marks were a HUGE hit (as always! 🐾), and even grown ups couldn’t resist getting in on the fun. I mean… who doesn’t want to channel a little Star child for the day? 🤘⭐
I don’t just paint faces. I create moments. The kind kids remember long after the paint washes off.

She started with flower freckles and came back later for a baseball on her arm.

Once everyone has had a chance to be painted, I’m always happy to say yes to a second design. Seeing those smiles never gets old. ❤️

Tomorrow’s menu is ready! ⚾🎨

I’ll be painting at a Little League Awards Picnic, so I put together a menu of some of my favorite quick designs. This helps keep the line moving so more kiddos get painted without sacrificing quality. I so look forward being part of this event tomorrow!!!

I live in reverence of how grateful I am for what I do. 🥹😭🥰
When you truly love your craft, it doesn’t feel like work.
Yes, it helps support my family, and for that, I’m so very thankful. But honestly, the real reward is something much deeper.

Years ago, I loved serving tables because I got to watch families gather, laugh, celebrate, and connect over an extraordinary meal. I loved being a small part of those moments.
Today, I get to do that in a different way.
Every painted face, every excited smile in the mirror, every child running back to show their parents, every photo taken to remember the day… I get a front row seat to joy.

What started as a creative outlet has become a way to bring a little extra magic to birthdays, festivals, community events, and family celebrations.

Thank you to everyone who trusts Makeup By ME to be part of your special moments. I never take that privilege for granted.

Creating smiles is still my favorite job. ❤️🎨✨

🎨✨ Yesterday’s gig had a clear star of the show… and no, it wasn’t me! It was Derpy Cat from K-Pop Demon Hunter! 😆🐾 The kids could not get enough, and honestly, I can’t blame them. Watching their faces light up when the paintbrush turns into pure imagination. That’s the real magic. 💫

From superheroes to mystical creatures (and apparently anime cats!), face painting brings the party alive. The laughter, the squeals, the “show me, show me!” in the mirror, it’s joy in its purest form. 🪷
