What an amazing day in downtown Whitesboro! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate this year’s Chili Fest, presented by the Whitesboro Area Chamber of Commerce and proudly sponsored by Holiday Auto Group. We are so grateful for the energy, enthusiasm, and community spirit that filled the streets today!

From the delicious chili to the friendly faces, today was a beautiful reminder of what makes this town so special. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Please read the statement below in preparation for tomorrow’s weather during Chili Fest.

We hope you will join us tomorrow for the Whitesboro Area Chamber of Commerce Chili Fest! Our Office of Emergency Management will be closely monitoring the weather during the event

Here is a snapshot of the City of Whitesboro forecast for tomorrow:

Clear conditions are expected between 7am and 1pm. Then from 1pm to 4pm there will be a 30% chance of rain. Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected to move in around 4pm and continue through 7pm. During this time there will be an 80% chance of rain.

Please understand the forecast can change, and we will be closely monitoring with the goal of keeping everyone safe! We hope you will come out and have a great time with us!
