So what is SHiNE Dance Fitness?

✨SHiNE Dance Fitness is a balance of cardio, toning, and balance in a fun, energetic and easy to follow dance fitness workout. Our original choreography is rooted in traditional jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, and creates an atmosphere where all are welcome.

✨This class uses dance fitness to help improve your cardiovascular endurance. Take this class if you are looking for a fun way to tone and improve heart health.

✨If you’re looking for a place to let loose, feel welcomed and spice up your workout routine, we would love you to join us

✨Each routine is designed to get students out of their head and into their bodies by using the best and most current music out there

✨Powerful moves and positive music come together in this dance class. The all-body workout involves cardio, toning, flexibility, balance and stretching. It's easy for all to follow and will challenge both fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.

Now that the summer holidays are over, more people are returning to their usual work schedule and the kids are going back to school, it’s a great time to take some time to reset and refocus.

For me, the past nine weeks of juggling childcare, squeezing in staycations and starting a new job have felt really full-on, so I'm embracing September as an opportunity to take back some control, have some more time for me, set goals and create healthy routines.

So, that’s why SHINE WILL BE BACK STARTING OCTOBER 2nd!!
