Creative Pastels Oil pastel art classes for kids K–12. Located in St Paul, Minnesota. Creative Pastels was founded in 2009 by Karen Tan.

Our classes offer children a fun and educational way to explore their creativity. Currently teaching classes on line and local libraries.
