The Windy City Open The Windy City Open is a competitive Ballroom Dance event hosted every year by Organizer Emil Ioukhnikov. DEAR DANCERS AND EXTENDED WINDY CITY OPEN FAMILY!

This year's is being hosted April 1st - 4th, 2027 at the Westin Chicago North Shore! What a roller coaster this year has been! We cant wait to see you all in Chicago again this March 24-27, 2022 at the Westin Chicago North Shore!
