Get crafty with this November with a Kinusaiga Art Workshop at The Gathering Place in Wheelersburg!🎄✨

🗓 Monday, November 2, 2026
🕕 6:00 PM (doors open at 5:45 PM)
📍 The Gathering Place, 1501 State Route 522, Wheelersburg, OH 45694

You may be wondering, what is Kinusaiga? It’s a traditional Japanese art form from the 1980s where you create detailed picture panels by tucking fabric into grooves. No sewing required! 🧵

Led by Mary Hess, art teacher with 20+ years of experience and owner of Artfully Blissed, you’ll receive step-by-step instruction as you create your very own 8"x8" Kinusaiga Christmas tree. No experience needed, just bring your creativity and a friend (or come make a new one!). 🎨

💵 $35 per person, all supplies included
⏰ About 2 to 2.5 hours
👥 Ages 16 and older
🥤 Bring your own snacks and beverages (no alcohol, please). Bottled water will be available.

⚠️ Good to know: Sharp tools are used during the workshop. Space is limited, and every attendee must be registered and pay.

Registration closes Friday, October 30, 2026, so supplies can be purchased.
