Thak you to and for hosting BIPOC open mics and creating such a beautiful and sacred space for community to come together to share poetry, music, and love! Gracias y

💫 In this space we have shared laughter, tears, grief, and joy. A space where my daughter can shine her light and be her authentic self. A space where we can take the mask off and be who we are. Community is the cure. The people are the power. The art is our medicine. 🙏🏽✨

Reflecting on another successful year leading youth engagement efforts for the AMCHP Conference in Washington, D.C. 🙏🏽✨ This years conference theme was The Power of Connection 🩵 I was the Conference Planning committee chair this year ✊🏽

✈️ Brought 100+ youth together from across the country to tap into their strengths and advocate for change. I coordinated the youth engagement planning committee and 2nd Annual Youth Day!

💗 Cultivated the Recording Womb by Melissa Ivey, a sacred healing space where people can journey through a rebirthing ceremony and regulate their nervous system. 🧘🏽‍♀️

🎶 Uplifted music, art, and culture into a conference that supports Maternal and Child Health, reaching thousands of public health professionals doing powerful work!

There is so much to celebrate 🇵🇷 I am so grateful! Tlazocamati ✨ I will continue to follow my heart and HEAL through meaningful ACTION! Thank you ❤️

A highlight of the summer! 🌞✨

Community connection, creativity, culture, and ceremony! ❤️🙏🏽

AND came together in the neighborhood of 5 Points (Rino Art Park) to celebrate the Summer Solstice and uplift healing through connection and artwork. 🌎

Every season we host events that raise awareness about Overdose Prevention, Harm Reduction, and advocacy for liberation! We provide people with tools and resources to save lives and keep each other safe! 🕸️🌀🦋 Our next quarterly forum is Monday, October 20 celebrating Diwali 🕯️ at Roshni Healing Arts Sanctuary. Stay tuned for a flyer coming soon!

These photos are of a Drum Making workshop sponsored by Blazing Cloud Consulting x Promotores de Esperanza ✨ Led by Mark Barfoot of Onondaga, Wolf Clan with over 57 years of experience drum making. Special thanks to Samuel Nez and Jessica Sowards for their facilitation and leadership! ❤️

This such a sacred medicine. I am honored to carry this drum that I made wih love and prayers. Bringing this out into the world to sing songs of healing and liberation. A heart beat of infinite gratitude and revolutionary love. 🌎
