Gratitude for the spring time 🌷 The past 4 months have been intense! The year of the fire horse didn’t come to play! So much has happened in my life, lots of grief and changes. 🌬️ I remain grateful. I am reminded by Joanna Macy that β€œthe heart that breaks open can contain the whole universe” πŸ’«πŸŒŽ

These photos represent just a few moments of joy, connection, and the work I am so passionate about. Ceremony, community healing events, authentic youth engagement, gardening and tending to the earth πŸ™πŸ½ it is an honor to walk in these beauty wayz. I’m so thankful for all of the people in my life who love me through all the seasons.

Reflecting on another successful year leading youth engagement efforts for the AMCHP Conference in Washington, D.C. πŸ™πŸ½βœ¨ This years conference theme was The Power of Connection 🩡 I was the Conference Planning committee chair this year ✊🏽

✈️ Brought 100+ youth together from across the country to tap into their strengths and advocate for change. I coordinated the youth engagement planning committee and 2nd Annual Youth Day!

πŸ’— Cultivated the Recording Womb by Melissa Ivey, a sacred healing space where people can journey through a rebirthing ceremony and regulate their nervous system. πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

🎢 Uplifted music, art, and culture into a conference that supports Maternal and Child Health, reaching thousands of public health professionals doing powerful work!

There is so much to celebrate πŸ‡΅πŸ‡· I am so grateful! Tlazocamati ✨ I will continue to follow my heart and HEAL through meaningful ACTION! Thank you ❀️
