A highlight of the summer! 🌞✨

Community connection, creativity, culture, and ceremony! ❤️🙏🏽

AND came together in the neighborhood of 5 Points (Rino Art Park) to celebrate the Summer Solstice and uplift healing through connection and artwork. 🌎

Every season we host events that raise awareness about Overdose Prevention, Harm Reduction, and advocacy for liberation! We provide people with tools and resources to save lives and keep each other safe! 🕸️🌀🦋 Our next quarterly forum is Monday, October 20 celebrating Diwali 🕯️ at Roshni Healing Arts Sanctuary. Trying to catch up on posting 😊 I have some exciting life updates and celebrations to share amidst the depressive realism we are all experiencing.

These photos are of a Drum Making workshop sponsored by Blazing Cloud Consulting x Promotores de Esperanza ✨ Led by Mark Barfoot of Onondaga, Wolf Clan with over 57 years of experience drum making. Special thanks to Samuel Nez and Jessica Sowards for their facilitation and leadership! ❤️

This such a sacred medicine. I am honored to carry this drum that I made wih love and prayers. Bringing this out into the world to sing songs of healing and liberation. A heart beat of infinite gratitude and revolutionary love. 🌎

Part 1 📸 It was an honor leading youth engagement efforts for the 2025 AMCHP Conference in Washington, DC. This was the first year the conference featured a YOUTH DAY which was a huge success 🙌🏽✨ My EYE For Prevention Youth Leaders were a part of the opening plenary and rocked it on the big stage! It was such a great time exploring with my mom and daughter alongside so many great friends from across the states 🌎🩵

✨ Hey Instagram! It’s been a while! This year I completed a POCA Training led by Black Mesa Remedios to start my journey in AcuDetox healing. I am in the process of becoming a certified Auricular Acu-Technician (AAT). I have been so impacted by this powerful healing modality. 👂🏽

AcuDetox has many wonderful benefits. From stress relief, to better sleep, detoxification, and so much more!

✊🏽❤️ It also has revolutionary roots. By 1972 The Black Panthers and Young Lords were providing free acupuncture to detox thousands of people at the Lincoln Detox Center. They were promotores, helping bring health care and healing straight to the people 💯

Acudetox has been shown to significantly decrease the cravings for alcohol and other drugs, withdrawal symptoms, relapse episodes, anxiety, insomnia and agitation. It has helped me reduce my sugar intake and heal trauma. I was so inspired to tap back into my knowledge from Psychology of the 5 Elements at Naropa and apply it to the 5NP ear protocol!

Photos from the 2024 Active Collective Trauma - ACT Summit, captured by ✨This years theme was Matters of S.E.L.F - Supporting Everyone’s Life Frequency, and we do this through healing as a collective. These photos show the powerful healing that took place over the two days of the ACT Summit which is free for community to attend, and all presenters and healers are compensated for sharing their magick. It is truly an honor to coordinate these efforts and be a connector in spaces of liberation 🌎🕊️✊🏽
