The WCJC Paralegal Studies Program is an American Bar Association approved program that is designed to prepare students for a career assisting attorneys in the delivery of legal services. The program is committed to preparing students for entry level careers in the legal field and offering appropriate transfer curricula in the discipline. The program strives to offer knowledge, skills, and values

essential to legal professionals. Students in each class will demonstrate familiarity with specialized legal terms and phrases used in legal practice, exhibit working knowledge of the core legal areas, exhibit professional appearances and demeanors, and exhibit the ability to assist with all stages of trial preparation.

Registration is ongoing for WCJC's Winter 2025 Mini-Term and Spring 2026 semester.

WCJC is offering a Winter Mini-Term from Dec. 15, 2025, through Jan. 2, 2026. The registration period is open through Dec. 15, 2025. The Spring 2026 semester begins on Jan. 12, 2026. Registration is open through the first day of class.
