After more than 30,000 hours of couples counseling, I've watched the same patterns play out again and again: Smart, loving, well-intentioned people struggling in their relationships... not because they're broken, but because they were never given the skills to succeed.

We've received literally no education in the most important, most challenging part of our lives. And yet we wonder why we struggle.

So, I've launched a new podcast, Uncommon Sense with Mel Schwartz, to share the wisdom to thrive in your relationships..

Each week I share the breakthroughs from my practice: the insights that help couples move from disconnection back to genuine intimacy, from exhausting circular arguments to actually hearing each other, from going through the motions to truly thriving together.

The first episode is live now. I walk through three ways couples unknowingly sabotage their relationships, often from the very beginning. Once you see these patterns, you can finally stop repeating them.

Do you know someone who needs this uncommon sense? Please share and repost, with my thanks.

Relationship is an art form to be cultivated. Let's start cultivating.

In The Possibility Podcast with Mel Schwartz episode 134, let’s revisit the difference between our body, our brain, and our mind. Are you your thoughts? Or are you your mind? Can you learn to see your own thoughts in the nano-second before they become your reality? Is there really a mind-body connection, or is the concept itself based on a flawed assumption? Listen to the episode! https://melschwartz.com/134-power/
