Whoever bought the Frozen in Time, Pueblo Colorado. I wanted to let you know I’m working on another piece of that same piece of property but different weather. I do not know what it is about that house but it catches my eye Everytime I pass. I’d like to know more about this piece of property and why it catches my eye each time.

So One of my pieces “Frozen in time” sold at the Colorado state art sale. OMG I’m totally surprised and Greatful for the opportunity.

I’ve been working on a piece. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to do this full time just as of yet. We just moved here in December. And this is a 40 acre ranch. So slowly but surely we’re getting things established as a Homestead. We have certain times for planting. Then harvesting and canning. Plus right now I’m raising chicks and have eggs in an incubator waiting to be hatched. If all goes well I’ll have 18 chickens.
We’re also tearing down the old wooden fence. Reusing what we can and rebuilding a fence. We have barns to build for the goats too and my husbands garage.
But in between all of that I get in to wood burn. I’m still unpacking but almost finished with that as well.

I entered the 2 same pieces into another contest and was one of 120 accepted for both my pieces.

This is what I’ve completed so far. Will work on frame next. Then clean it up some and paint.

The contest that I put the two art pieces in didn’t place. Neither one but that’s ok. Those same 2 pieces are already entered into another art contest. I entered them into Colorado Creative industries summit contest. They will choose 120 pieces entered. Then I take those piece at end of month to them if they are chosen. Then they get judged and they are up for sale at same time. Exciting.
