This week our advanced class had the opportunity to go to for recovery. Dancing is a VERY intense activity, and it’s very demanding on the body. At Plunge, they got to go through a recovery protocol of 15min in the sauna, 3min cold plunge, then 15min again in sauna, and 3min in cold plunge, and finish with red light. Learning to take care of your body at a young age is so important. Thank you so much Plunge for allowing our girls to have this opportunity.

VERY big day today for some of our level 5 students! They got their first pair of pointe shoes!!!! Thank you so much to for coming to the studio and making this day possible for them. Tomorrow they will all learn how to sew their own shoes 😊🩰

So excited to have Renato Penteado teaching again this summer! He’s technically not a guest teacher as he’s been teaching year round at our studio now, but always very excited and grateful to have him here for our summer intensive. He’ll be here June 8-19 teaching level 5-8.

Our next guest teacher of the summer is another favorite!!! Can’t wait to have back this summer for a whole week teaching level 5-8! She’s also one of our original guest teachers from 2020 when we first opened. Suzette will be teaching July 20-24

She’s back!! One of our favorite guest teachers is coming 3 weeks this summer!! has been guest teaching at our studio since 2020 when we first opened. Level 5-8 will get the opportunity to take with her 😁
