It’s been a few days since Westminster Pride, and we’re still smiling.

This year’s festival was our biggest and best yet. Seeing thousands of people come together to celebrate, connect, support local organizations and businesses, and simply enjoy being part of this community was something truly special.

To everyone who joined us—whether you attended, volunteered, performed, sponsored, vended, or supported us in any way—thank you. Westminster Pride is only possible because of this incredible community.

We’ve been reflecting on all the memories from the day, and we’re excited to share this post from the Washington Blade featuring photos and video from the festival. We hope it brings back some great memories—or lets you experience a little of the magic if you couldn’t make it.

Westminster Pride is a nonprofit organization, and every year we give scholarships to LGBTQ+ graduating high school seniors. This year, we’ve encountered higher costs and some unexpected expenses as we continue growing the festival and expanding our impact.

And we’re just getting started. We have big plans for next year and are working to make Westminster Pride even bigger, stronger, and more meaningful for our community.

🌈 Westminster Pride Festival is getting closer, and we’re excited to share this year’s entertainment lineup!

Join us Saturday, July 11th, from 12–5 PM at Westminster City Park for an afternoon of music, community, celebration, and Pride.

We’re thrilled to welcome Bryce Bowyn back to the Westminster Pride stage! 🎤✨ Bryce brought the energy before, and we can’t wait to have him return for another unforgettable performance.

The day will also feature DJ Sweet Spot, Taisha Estrada, Haplophryne, Amanda Marie, Eat The Cake Band, and more.

🌈 Pride Month at Deep Seapothecary 🌈

Pride has always been about community, visibility, and supporting one another.

Throughout June, we’ll be donating a portion of every sale to the Westminster Pride Festival Fund to help support the annual Westminster Pride Festival and its mission of creating a welcoming, inclusive space for our community.

As an LGBTQ+ owned business, this is a cause that is close to our hearts. We know how important it is to have spaces where people feel seen, celebrated, and accepted for who they are.

The ocean is one of the most beautiful places on Earth because of its incredible diversity. Different colors, different species, different ecosystems—all existing together to create something remarkable. We believe communities are much the same.

Whether you stop by the shop, attend the festival, volunteer, donate directly, or simply show kindness to those around you, there are many ways to support the community this month and beyond.
