Tribal Rites is hiring upbeat, customer-focused team members for our Westminster and Boulder locations. You’ll be the first face our clients see—helping with jewelry sales, answering questions, keeping the studio clean and organized, and supporting a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
Upbeat personality and strong customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and learn quickly
Reliable transportation
Comfortable cleaning and organizing
Previous retail experience is a plus
Schedule: Flexibility is a plus—we’re open until 7 pm (including 11–8 on weekends), so later hours are part of the role.
Pay: $16–18/hour total expected earnings. This is not base pay only—it includes your hourly rate plus tips plus jewelry commissions. Part-time or full-time available.
