In Case You Missed it - per the Harvey Philips Foundation, the participant fee is now $15. For Westminster we can take Cash, Cheque, or Cards (cards will have 3% added to cover fees).

Books are still the same price - $20 for the small books, and $25 for the large ones - we have both Bass and Treble Clef books in both sizes available at registration.

In case you missed it - Rehearsal will now be in the Library conference room! Space will be VERY limited - leave cases/bags/etc in your car, or with someone who can wait outside of the rehearsal space.

**** Important **** We just learned that we do not have our regular rehearsal space this year - instead we will be inside the Library in a conference room. Closer to the stage, but it's gonna be a little cozy for rehearsal.

This means *Definitely* leave cases and such in your vehicle!

There is limited parking behind the library and on Main St, but the best option for parking is still the Locust Lane garage. (Trying to be nice and not take up too much parking for LIbrary patrons)

If you haven't already pre-registered now would be a great time to do so, so we can update you as we find out what's happening.

Our 4th Annual Westminster TUBACHRISTMAS event will take place on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 at the Westminster Branch of the Carroll County Public Library. See https://xmas.tubas.net for more details on rehearsals and registration. Note: The fee for Performers has increased to $15/ea (and as always, the performance is free to watch!)
