Did you know Eloise once served massive Thanksgiving feasts made almost entirely onsite? 🦃

From farm-fresh veggies to bakery bread and roasted turkey, the holiday was big enough to feed a “small city.” Thanksgiving was even a special visiting day for families and clergy, a warm tradition in Eloise’s long history.
