nce and self-esteem! Our team strives to create an integrative arena for kids to grow and develop in activities that promote positive behavior. Roots offers classes for all ages and abilities, including boys’ and girls’ gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, mommy/daddy and me classes, and so much more. Our Little Sprouts program is designed for children age 12 months to 6 years old, focusing on coordination, balance, and agility using basic skills, games, and child-size equipment. Let our professional, USAG-certified gymnastics coaches at Roots Gymnastics Center help your child to establish the roots of healthy living!
