Another 15 minute dinner for a super busy night of volleyball practice and I work the night shift at 10p. All on the grill. No mess or fuss. Veggies straight from my overgrown garden! The hasselback potatoes were perfect when I cooked them al dente in the microwave on the potato setting and then prepared them for the grill🙂 kids ate this up quick!

Any experience with companion planting? I have grown many herbs/veggies/flowers side by side because they often benefit one another. We have an above ground garden on a steep hill. I also keep large planters for herbs in my back porch for easy access and was told marigolds are a natural pesticide.
