Hi all! It's Kara 👋 I've been busy at Daylight Artist Collective! I'm doing a lot of Stained Glass workshops and having a great time sharing my love of Stained Glass with my students!

I've also been creating!

This new piece was a fun one- I had picked up the wooden hexagon shelf from 5 Below years ago & always felt inspired to put some stained glass in it! In my classes, students often choose to make a suncatcher of hexagons, but often decide not to use all of the hexagons they've cut. So I've been saving them. Most of the hexagons in this piece are "rescue" hexagons! 😂

Hey, Samantha here. Sharing what I’ve been up to lately.

If you’re looking for cohesion…this is not that.

Some are finished, some are halfway there, and some are just ideas that needed out of my head.

Lately I’ve been finding time to try new things, experiment a bit more and see where it all leads.

I’m still loving my house portrait commissions(always) but having fun exploring new ideas.
